Lotta was in New Zealand for a regional conference (the 2010 one was in South Africa) and despite her tough schedule she managed to find some time to go sky-diving! This was the same venue where I also jumped out of a plane during our New Zealand holiday so it was a perfect opportunity for Lotta to catch up. In fact she even surpassed my achievement, and jumped from even higher up!
Apart from not being able to resist the alliteration, worth a quick post about the last few days manic travel! I have been in Taipei again for work, the north Asian summer is in full swing along with the high humidity, low visibility and muggy feeling it brings. I have just landed in Hong Kong after two days in Taipei, and straight into the arms of the tropical storm Fengshen! Two days in hot and steamy Taiwan went by very quickly and I only had a little time to dash out and get some photos from the roof of the hotel, which was very nice indeed! Taipei resembles Tokyo in a lot of ways, not surprising as Japan ruled Taiwan for some time after the turn of the century.
